What's The Story?
The story is almost like a fairy tale come true for two very persistent individuals. To make it as brief as possible, Mike and Alan was able to see the potential of dot ws domain names as a huge market (especially since good dot com domain names are difficult to come by. They finalized a contract deal with the country, Western Samoa. Originally, dot ws stood for 'Western Samoa'.
We all know it now as 'Web Site'. Global Domains International (GDI) is one of the fastest growing online businesses in the USA. It's gained huge credibility and listed with the BBB and Inc500. Featured ads have been in Fortune Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and USA Today, to name a few. Mike and Alan's idea has not only turned into a profitable business for them, but also for thousands of GDI members the world over!
How's It Work?
A simple yet much wanted system. GDI offers a dot ws domain name, ten email addresses, website builder, hosting, forwarding, and more. For people that do not want to learn html or struggle with building a website, the 'website builder' is point and click technology. For people that do not want to struggle with registers, no problem, the dot ws domain name chosen, is active immediately. No need to learn cpanel or pay additional hosting fees.
However, members do have the option of hosting their dot ws domain name with any hosting company they wish. From business websites to family photo album websites, GDI makes it a breeze to have a website up and running quickly with no skills needed.
What's In It For Me?
From reading the above, you already know a lot of what GDI can offer you. As a GDI member, you will be entered into a 5 x 5 uni-level matrix. You will receive $1 residual income for every member in your organization. This is unlimited residual income potential. They also have outstanding cash bonuses.
You will receive your own GDI replicated website, member area with real time reports, and all of that was stated above and more! You will be paid monthly when you have accumulated $10 in earnings (you have the option to set this amount higher). You'll also have the option of setting your payout option to check or paypal.
What's My Risk Factor?
Your risk factor is virtually null. GDI offers a seven day free trial. If you go for the free trial, remember that you must upgrade before the seventh day...otherwise you will be cancelled out. During your trial period, you can review everything GDI offers within your own GDI member area. You can get started right away building your own website with the website builder. You really do get a lot for the low price point of $10 monthly.
Why Join?
Perhaps a better question would be 'why not join?' At the low price point, you certainly get more than your money’s worth. Since you are here now, it is obvious you are interested in making residual income online. It just makes good common sense to go with a proven opportunity that most anyone can afford.
Recruiting?
Yes, if you want to make money you will have to do some recruiting but you would have to with any online program. As your sponsor I would help you with that and not leave you hanging like some do. I belong to the following marketing systems….all free to join by the way. They are really easy to join but if you have problems…..I am here to help. If you just want to use the very inexpensive services ($10/month) that is just fine with me also.

Smoking And Lung Cancer Are A Lethal Combination By: Rory Francis
The Facts About Smoking Lung Cancer
Smoking and lung cancer are directly related. Smoking lung cancer is ten times more likely to kill an individual than lung cancer in non-smokers. The more cigarettes an individual smokes and the longer he she smokes increases the chances of them developing smoking lung cancer. However, the risk of developing lung cancer can be reduced by quitting smoking.
Types of Lung Cancer
There are two types of lung cancer. Small cell and non-small cell. Small cell lung cancer spreads much quicker than non-small cell lung cancer. Non-small cell lung cancer consists of three types. These types are squamous cell carcinoma, ademocarcinoma and large cell carcinoma. Squamous cell carcinoma is more likely to be seen in those who smoke cigarettes that are unfiltered and have high levels of tar, while ademocarcinoma is seen more in individuals who smoke filtered low tar cigarettes.
Signs and Symptoms
There are many signs and symptoms of smoking lung cancer. However, lung cancer is usually advanced before the symptoms occur. The symptoms of smoking lung cancer are chronic cough, persistent cough, or coughing up blood. An increase in mucous production may also occur. When breathing, an individual may experience wheezing, shortness of breath, or chest pain. Some individuals may also be hoarse, lose his or her appetite, and lose weight. Finally, bronchitis and/or pneumonia may develop.
Diagnosis
Smoking lung cancer is very easy to diagnose by your doctor. First, he or she will get a thorough medical history from the patient. The final diagnosis of smoking lung cancer will be determined by a CT scan.
Treatment
Treatment of smoking lung cancer varies from patient to patient. These types are surgery, radiation, chemotherapy or combination therapy, which is a combination of the other three treatments. However, no matter what treatment is chosen, quitting smoking is a must.
Surgery is only chosen as a treatment when the disease is in a limited number of stages. The location of the tumor can also determine whether or not surgery is an option. If surgery is chosen, the tumor will be removed and part of a lobe, a whole lobe or the entire lung may also be removed.
Radiation therapy is an x-ray that kills cancer cells. It can be used to relieve the pain that the tumor causes. Also, it can decrease or eliminate the tumor altogether. Chemotherapy comes in the form of a pill, injection or catheter. Each form consists of a medication that is used to decrease the size of the tumor or eliminates the cancer.
The best way to prevent smoking lung cancer is to not smoke at all. Decreasing the amount that you smoke or switching to a lower tar cigarette does not reduced your chances of getting lung cancer. It only changes the type of lung cancer that you will get. Therefore, not smoking is your best option for not getting smoking lung cancer.

What's in Your Future?
A year from now would you like to:
1. Quit your JOB or at least not NEED your job.
2. Buy a New Home or maybe a Vacation Home in the mountains or seashore
3. Take a vacation to a place of your dreams….Paris, Rome, Hawaii, Fiji….you name it
4. Be able to spend some quality time with your spouse, your children, your grandchildren
5. Be able to give your spouse what he/she has always wanted
6. And the List goes on and on……….
And not have to worry about THE PRICE.
Hi,
My name is George Lane and I live in North Carolina,
Back in March 2008 I was diagnosed with Cancer….yes the Big “C”. Up until then, my wife and I had a pretty good life. Two children, one married and one in college. We had some debt but nothing we couldn’t handle. We both had good jobs and life was Good until that day when the doctor told me the bad news. It took forever to get to the treatment phase. Since it was tongue cancer, 6 teeth had to be pulled because they would die and rot anyway. Finally, 6 weeks of radiation and Chemotherapy. To say they were the worst six weeks of my life would be an understatement but I had the support and prayers of my family, friends and church. To make a long story short, I am cancer free….thank you GOD. But since then my wife has lost her job, our dear companion, Cocoa (my dog) passed away in Dec 2009, and my Son is in Community College to save money. He will be a Nurse in December, GOD willing.
So why am I telling you this? Just so you will know where I am coming from in my life. I have tried internet marketing a few years ago and failed miserably. I have spent a lot of money with nothing to show for it except more debt. So now money is really tight. Don’t have an advertising budget at all or money to join most MLMs out there. So what am I to do? I have been doing some research online to see if it was possible to make money without spending much or any for that matter.
Just by accident, I opened an email titled “Zero-out-of Pocket Program will Earn You Over $10,000”. It Turns out that’s $10,000/month not per year. They claim this can be done in 5-6 months if you work at it. The program just launch so I don’t know if it can be done or not but I AM going to give it a try. I just need Six people to come with me. Once I get my Six I will help you get your Six.
The site is here. Go there now and look around the site. Look at the videos and see what you think but please don’t join because you are sorry for me….join because you think it is a worthwhile interprise. I need you behind this 100%.

Together, maybe we can do some of those things at the top of this email before the year is out. Life is too short to wonder, “What IF”.
Thank You,
George Lane
